The following page outlines the terms and conditions that constitute our ordering, shipping, and returns policies at Aloha Gold.


 Shipping Policy


Shipment Processing Time

All Aloha Gold orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. However, this does NOT mean that your orders will arrive in 1 to 2 business days. Processing includes the time it takes for us to pick out, package, and deliver your items to USPS for shipment. We strive to process all orders on the same day the order was placed, but please allow for additional days in-transit. If we expect a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you at the email address and phone number you provided during checkout.

Once your order has been processed and has left our facilities, we are unable to cancel your order. At that point, USPS has control of your packages, not Aloha Gold. If you were hoping to cancel your order, you will have to wait until the order arrives and begin the return process following the steps laid out below.

USPS Priority Flat-Rate Shipping

We ship all orders using USPS priority flat-rate shipping. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a USPS tracking number. If you contact the Aloha Gold customer service department for tracking information, you will be directed to USPS. We do not have access to any tracking information that is not already available to you. Priority flat-rate packages are supposed to arrive within 1-3 business days after processing. However, we recommend that customers wait a full seven days before reaching out about late orders.

Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are calculated during checkout. You will see the shipping rate for your order before you enter payment information. Orders over $100 (before taxes, and after any coupon codes have been applied) qualify for free shipping. For example, if you purchase a $100 item and apply a 50% off coupon code, you will NOT be eligible for free shipping as your subtotal will be $50.

“Guaranteed” Delivery Dates Are NOT Issued from Aloha Gold

If your USPS tracking number shows a “guaranteed” or “estimated” delivery date, it does NOT mean that you’re guaranteed to receive your package on that date. Guaranteed delivery dates are estimates, not certainties. At Aloha Gold, we do not guarantee delivery dates precisely for this reason. Aloha Gold cannot be held liable for any packages that arrive after the USPS guaranteed delivery date, and you are NOT entitled to financial compensation from Aloha Gold because of this.

In addition, we cannot stop USPS from issuing a guaranteed delivery date on your orders. Any questions regarding these guaranteed delivery times should be directed to USPS, not Aloha Gold. As much as we’d like to address your concerns, we do not have control over USPS’ policies and practices.

Returns & Refund Policy

We appreciate that you’ve chosen Aloha Gold to fulfill all of your freeze-dry-related needs! However, we understand that with our extensive selection of  products, you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase. As always, we’re here to help!

Products purchased from Aloha Gold can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase time. You can opt for a refund, or exchange your returns for something else in our inventory. To be eligible for a return, you must meet all of the following criteria:

You made your purchase within the last 30 days.
The product(s) is still in its original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
Purchases that do not meet the above criteria will not eligible for a return. To begin the return process, please reach out to our customer service team by:

One of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. Please be prepared to answer questions about your order, including but not limited to why you are returning the product(s).

Where to Send Your Returns

After meeting all of the above criteria, deeming your order eligible for return, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship products in their original packaging.

We encourage you to include a note, indicating whether you would like a complete refund or an exchange for another product(s).

If you would like to exchange your return for another product(s), please indicate which new products you would like to receive. The total cost of new products should not exceed the total cost of your original purchase. Otherwise, additional payment may be required.

Shipping Charges on Returns are NOT Refundable

Any shipping charges you incurred while returning your products are NOT refundable. Aloha Gold is not liable for the cost of return shipping fees.

We recommend that you send your Aloha Gold returns using basic shipping rates. As long as your return ships within 30 days of the original purchase window, your return will be considered eligible for refund or exchange following the criteria mentioned above.

Damaged Items

At Aloha Gold, we take additional steps in packaging to ensure that your products will remain safe and unbroken in-transit. However, we understand that accidents can happen. If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to Aloha Gold immediately. You can reach us by:

If reaching out to us by email, please provide photographic evidence that your item(s), shipment packaging, or product packaging are damaged. We will do everything we can to right situations regarding damaged items. This may include replacing or refunding your purchase, depending on the circumstances.

Returns of Sale Items

If you purchased sale items (discounted from the normal list price), these items can be refunded at the sale price you originally paid, so long as these returns meet all of the above criteria to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Just like non-sales items, the return of sale items must meet all of the following criteria:

You made your purchase within the last 30 days.
The product(s) is still in its original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
